傳統的'每日飲食指南'指每天人體需要五穀根莖類, 要多喝牛奶, 但現在這些都已經落伍了, 因為現代的人吃太好了,但係就運動量不足, 根據台灣最新出版的新修訂版, 其實現代人每天至少要吃一餐雜糧, 而且一碗飯最好只裝七分滿.

大魚大肉, 誘惑人把它們全都往嘴裡送, 大家都知道, 吃多了絕對沒好處, 那如果跟著飲食指南吃, 總該沒錯了吧? 牛奶水果蔬菜, 五穀根莖類(白米 飯), 蛋豆魚肉, 油脂類經健康組織計算過後, 得到一天熱量大約需要1600至2800大卡, 但您知道如果到超級市場照著這份指南買, 小心會越吃越肥. 因為新版的飲食指南首先指出, 牛奶要換成低脂的, 水果蔬菜不變, 但穀類要換成全穀根莖類, 最好每天一餐雜糧飯配豆魚肉蛋, 最後還多了一樣之前沒有的堅果, 這樣下來, 一天的熱量最多可以少300大卡.

另外最好每一口食物都含有微量營養素, 還有切記雜糧飯最好只裝七分滿, 食物千百種, 千萬別貪心挑營養的吃, 這樣才能甩掉一身油膩膩唷!!!

A new pill that combines drugs that 'lower blood pressure and cholesterol' and 'low doses of aspirin' is now developed to cut the risk of heart deseases in half.

''We believe that the polypill probably has the potential to reduce heart disease by 60 percent and stroke by 50 percent,'' lead investigator Salim Yusuf said at the American College of Cardiology's annual meeting, where the study was presented.

''The thought that people might be able to take a single pill to reduce multiple cardiovascular risk factors has generated a lot of excitement. It could revolutionize heart disease prevention as we know it,'' Yusuf said.
